Super Easy Salsa Recipe

Ingredients 8 Firm and fresh plum tomatoes 3 Baseball size onions 2 Lemons 1 Bunch of Cilantro 1 12 oz jar of Jalapenos 2 teaspoons of salt Method Chop Tomatoes into 3/8" x 3/8" cubes and place into a large mixing bowl. Chop Onions into 1/4" x 1/4" cubes and place into the same large mixing bowl. Cut both lemons and half and hand squeeze each of them over the tomato and onion mix. Make sure to remove the lemon seeds. Finely dice the Cilantro. Very very fine and mix into the tomato/onion mix. Open the jar of jalapenos and immediately poor half of the juice into the tomato/onion mix. Remove half of the jalapenos and finely dice them. Add the diced jalapenos to the tomato/onion mix. Then stir the mixture until you have a nice colorful mix. Take one teaspoon of salt and lightly sprinkle it over the top of the salsa mixture. Then thoroughly stir once again. Then take the last teaspoon of salt and lightly sprinkle it over the top once again. Stir again and let sit for 10 minutes. Once the ten minutes is up it is ready to serve or refrigerate. |
