Shrimp Cocktail

Here is a great shrimp cocktail recipe that you can make with items easily found in your fridge. You can use canned shrimp but for best results you'll find it'll taste better with fresh shrimp.

Cocktail Shrimp Crescents

  • 1 can shrimp, drained
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • sesame seeds
In a bowl combine the shrimp, 1 tbsp butter, lemon juice, horseradish and ketchup. Mix well. Cut crescent rolls in half (makes 16). Fill with shrimp mixture and seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, then sesame seeds.

Bake at 350 deg. F. for about 15 - 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
