Shipwreck Stew

by Teresa
(Pearisburg, USA)

1 lb ground beef
2 cans sliced potatoes
1 can chili beans
1 can diced tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Brown ground beef, drain. Stir in sliced potatoes, chili beans, diced tomatoes, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add mozzarella cheese to your liking.

My family likes it really cheesy so I usually use 2-3 cups of cheese.
