Serenity's Chicken & Noodles

2 - 3 pieces of skinless chicken breasts (or however many you need)
1 - 2 boxes Chicken Broth (use enough to cover chicken)
1/4 cup diced onion
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt

1. Turn slow cooker to high.
2. Place chicken pieces into slow cooker
3. Mix spices in Chicken Broth and pour over Chicken
4. If time allows cook on high for 1 - 1 1/2 hours til juice has reached full boil. Turn to low and cook til chicken is done about 3 hours. Or you can just put it on slow for 6 - 8 hours.

1 package Undon Noodles per person: cut into 4 to make smaller noodles.
Chicken Juice

Pour juice into a pot and bring to a boil. If desired add 1 tsp. mustard to juice for an extra zip flavor. Cook noodles 3 - 6 minutes depending on how well you like them cooked.
