Sandwich Souffle Casserole

Ingredients and Instructions:

16 Slices White Bread
8 Slices Ham or Turkey
8 Slices Swiss Cheese
6 Eggs
1 tbs Dry Mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste
3 Cups Milk

Make 8 sandwiches of bread, cheese, and meat.

Place in 9 X 13 inch pan.

Whip together: eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over sandwiches.

Cover, and let stand 6-8 hours in refrigerator. Melt 1/2 cup butter; pour over sandwiches and sprinkle with potato chip crumbs.

Bake in a 350 deg. preheated oven for 45 minutes.
