No Bake Cookie Recipes

Here is a collection of no bake cookie recipes from Gramma Cookie's Kitchen.

Unbaked chocolate drops

• 2 cups white sugar
• 1.2 lb. buttter or margarine
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 3 cups oatmeal
• 1/2 cup coca
• 1 cup coconut (optional)

Boil the sugar, butter and milk together for 5 mins. Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Drop by spoonful on wax paper. If boiled over 5 mins they will harden very quickly.

Peanut Clusters

• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1 cup butterscotch chips
• 1 cup peanuts
• 1 cup Chinese noodles

Melt chips, add peauts and chinese noodles. Drop on waxed paper with teaspoon.

Christmas Fruit Balls

• 1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
• 2 cups graham wafter crumbs
• 1/3 cup each green and red cherries cut
• 1-15oz. sweetened condensed milk.

Chill mixture overnite. Shape into balls and roll in coconut. Store in covered container in refridgerator.

Unbaked Butter Slice

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 beaten egg
• 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
• 2 tsp. cocoa
• 1/2 graham wafers
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in saucepan. Add sugar, beaten egg. Stir and bring to a boil then simmer approx. a min. Now add vanilla, nuts and roughly broken wafers. Press into a well greased 9x9 in. pan.

Icing

2 tbsp. soft butter, 2 tbsp. can cream, add 1 cup icing sugar and ponch of salt. Put half with white peppermint flavoring and other with chocolate. Frost the mixture first with the peppermind then with the chocolate icing.

Goof Balls

• 3 bars Macintosh toffee
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup Eaglebrand milk
• 1 pkg. Kraft Large Marshmallows
• 2 cups crushed Frosted Flakes
• 1/2 cup coconut

Melt toffee and milk in double boiler. Dip marshmallows in above mixture and roll in crushed frosted flakes and coconut. Enjoy!
