Honey Bun Breakfast Cake

Ingredients and Instructions:

1 yellow cake mix
2/3 cup cooking oil
4 eggs
1 16oz sour cream
apple pie filling
1 cup brown sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix cake mix, oil, eggs, sour cream.

Using a rectangle baking pan, spray with Pam, put half
of the batter mixture in the pan, sprinkle cinnamon, brown sugar, nuts on top, drain apple filling and place apples on top of the brown sugar mixture.

Pour remaining cake mixture on top.Bake approximately 44 minutes until done.


Topping:

1 16oz package powdered sugar mixed with 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring. Mix with milk until creamy and will spread.

Spread over hot cake and serve either warm or cold.
