Chocolate Fudge Recipe

• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 2 cups milk chocolate chips
• 7 oz. jar of marshmallow creme
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• large can evaporated milk
• 4 1/2 cups granulated sugar
• 2 tablespoons hard margarine
• 1/8 teaspoon salt

In a large bowl mix the chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and nuts. Add the evaportated milk, sugar, margarine and salt to a medium saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Continue boiling for 5 minutes. Don't stop stirring. Pour over chips and marshmallow mixture. Mix well until chips have melted. Place in greased 9x9 inch pan. Chill thoroughly.

Pistachio Swirl Fudge Recipe

• 3 ounce package cream cheese
• 1 large can (13 ounce) sweetened condensed milk, divided
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 18 ounces semi-sweet chocolate pieces
• 1 tablespoon sweet butter or margarine
• 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pistacho nuts

Put cream cheese in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 15 to 25 seconds on HIGH (100%) or until the cream cheese has softened. Add 2 ounces of condensed milk and the vanilla. Mix until mixture is smooth and let sit.
In a large microwave-safe bowl put the remaining condensed milk, chocolate pieces, and butter. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until mixture is smooth and glossy when stirred. Mix in the pistachio nuts.
Spread the mixture evenly into a 9x9-Inch greased cake pan. Drop the cream cheese mixture, one spoonful at a time, onto the chocolate. Swirl it lightly over the chocolate. Place in refrigerator until firm. Cut into pieces and store in refrigerator. Place waxed paper between layers.

5 Minute Fudge Recipe

• 2/3 cup evaporated milk
• 1 2/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cup (16 medium) marshmallows
• 1 1/2 cup chocolate or carmel chips
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Mix evaporated milk, sugar and salt in saucepan over low heat to boiling. Cook 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, chocolate, vanilla, nuts and stir until marshmallows melt. Pour into 9 x 9 buttered pan and cool.

Carnation Walnut Fudge Recipe

• 3 cups sugar
• 2 tablespoons corn syrup
• 3 squares bitter chocolate shaved
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup carnation milk
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1 cup nuts

Mix together sugar, corn syrup, bitter chocolate, salt and milk. Boil until syrup reaches 238 degrees F. or soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add 3 tablespoons butter. Cool till lukewarm, beat until creamy. Add 1/4 cup nuts and pour into buttered pan. Let cool and set. Cut into squares.

Rocky Road Fudge Recipe

• 6 ounces butterscotch chipits
• 1.2 cup margarine
• whole graham wafers
• 1 egg
• 1 cup icing sugar
• 2 cup miniature colored marshmallows

Over low heat, combine chips, butter, egg and icing sugar. Stir until melted and slightly thick. Set aside to cool. Line 8-Inch cake pan with whole graham wafers. Cover the cooled butterscotch mixture the marshmallows. Pour over the graham wafers.
