easy chili recipe

One pound ground beef
One pound hot and spicy sausage

Cook meat in a pan and drain the fat.

In another pan saute one chopped onion and a handful of chopped mushrooms and one green pepper diced.

Mix veggies with the meat in a large pot.
Add two cans undrained hot chili beans and three cans stewed tomatos undrained. Salt and pepper to taste, but doubt you will need it.

Then add one package of spicy chili seasoning packet by itself. Let simmer for about twenty minutes and serve with shredded cheddar if you like.
