Easy Cheese Cake

1 Block of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup of Sugar
1 Pint of Whipping Cream
1 Package of Gelatin
Graham Wafer Crumbs

1. Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water.

While you wait for it to cool do the next three steps.

2. Make a graham wafer crust consisting of wafer and melted Butter

3. Cream the cream cheese, add sugar and whip

4. Beat whipping cream until stiff in a separate bowl

When the gelatin is cool enough, add it to the cream cheese mixture. Beat until well mixed.
Fold in the whipping cream.
Pour over the crust and put in fridge.
You can top with berries or any fruit you desire upon serving.
