Creamy Smoked Salmon Pasta

Ingredients and Instructions:

500 gr Fettuccine
300 gr thicken cream
3 eggs
1 cup Parmesan cheese
chopped dill
500 gr smoked salmon

Cook pasta, as per packet.

Meanwhile whisk eggs, cream and cheese in a bowl.
Add salt and pepper.

Once pasta is cooked, drain well.
Then put back in pan and pour over cream sauce.
Add shredded pieces of smoked salmon and chopped dill.

Serve immediately.

Serves 6.
