TX Cheese Ball

1 pack cream cheese
1/2 cup sharp shredded cheddar cheese
tsp onion powder
tsp garlic powder
tsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients, roll into a ball
Serve with Tollhouse crackers


NANA's CHEESEBALL

1 pack cream cheese
1 small box French Vanilla instant pudding mix (Jello)
1 small can crushed pineapple (Drained well)

Mix all ingredients, roll into ball
Serve with graham crackers or graham sticks

Katie's Cheese Ball

Ingredients and Instructions:

1-8 oz cream cheese
1-8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
1-8 oz Colby cheese, shredded
1/2 cup chopped black olives
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup wine, preferably a light colored one

Mix all together.
Shape in log.
Wrap in either plastic wrap or waxed paper, and keep in refrigerator.

Flavor is much better after about a week in the fridge.

You can change up the kinds of cheeses to whatever you like.

Extraordinary Cheese Dip

1 cup light mayo
1 block of cream cheese
8 slices of bacon-cooked and crumbled
2 cups of shredded cheese(I use cheddar)
green onion
1 round of sourdough bread carved out and innerds saved
combine all the ingredients and then put into hollowed our sourdough loaf. Put in oven for 30-40 minutes until cheese is melted all the way through and is crispy on top. Remove and use removed bread to dip
