Chicken Taco Ranch Salad

Chicken Taco Ranch Salad

Ingredients and Instructions:

1-2 pound chicken tenders cut up into 1 inch pieces
1 package of taco seasoning
1 cup of water
1 jar of salsa or rotel tomatoes with chilies
8 oz bottle of ranch dressing
1 tomatoes diced
shredded lettuce
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
taco or tortilla chips

Combine taco seasoning and water.
Mix well.
Place chicken in skillet and pour seasoning mixture over.
Cook till done drain chicken.

In a bowl mix salsa and ranch dressing together.
Add chicken to it.

Make a salad with tomatoes and pour chicken mixture on top.
Top with cheese and taco chips.

You can also add sour cream but I like it better with out it

Chicken mixture also makes a great dip.

need to come to South Texas for a more basic

living it South Texas Harlingen to be a fact your ranch salad was ok but you ned to find someone who lives down here and realy knows the way that people do down here. Burritos, tacos, relloes, the cheeses, so much I know it would be great and by the way I love your recipes.
