Broccoli and Chicken Casserole

Ingredients and Instructions:

6 cups rice (cooked)
3 cooked chicken breasts (cubed)
1/2 bag of frozen broccoli (thawed)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 block of velveeta cheese (cubed)
1 small can of mushrooms
2 cups whole milk

Stir together soups and milk in a baking pan. Cube velveeta cheese and chicken and add with all other ingredients into the baking dish - fold everything together. Cover and bake at 350-checking occasionally- until it starts to bubble slightly around the edges. Take out and stir to make sure cheese is melted and evenly distributed. When everything is melted and the dish is ready you can sprinkle some shredded cheddar on top and reheat until the cheese is melted if desired.
