by Angela Smith
(New Albany United States)

Ingredients and Instructions:

One Pound Ground Round
One Pound Ground Pork
1 Small Diced Onion
1 Small Diced Green Pepper
2 Eggs
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 Cup Cooked White Rice
1/2 Cup Barbecue Sauce
1/2 Cup Steak Sauce
BBQ Sauce to cover top

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Form a loaf and place in your well-greased pan.
Cover the top with BBQ Sauce.
Bake at 350 for 1 to 1/2 hours.

I usually remove the pan every 20 minutes to drain any grease collecting on the sides of the meatloaf.
