Recipe Name: Tapioca Meatballs

Ingredients and Instructions:

2-lbs hambuger
1 (med) onion
1 tsp.salt pepper and garlic salt
4-eggs
½ cup’s oil (fry ham, in)
2-slices bread
milk (small ammount)
2-can’s beef broth
2 tbsp. tapioca
½ cup’s sherry wine
1 tsp. sauce for gravy

mix sauce,, cook on high in crock pot.
mix other ingredients make into ball’s.
cook in oil till brown
place in crock pot on high for 2 hours.

Recipe Name: Hamburger Dip

Ingredients and Instructions:

1 pound hamburger
1 can tomato soup 10 ounces
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup parmesian cheese
1 bar of Philadelphia cream cheese

Cook hamburger and drain. Add all the other ingredients simmer for 10 minutes. Put in Crockpot to keep warm and serve with tortilla chips.

Recipe Name: Melody's Green Chile Stew

Ingredients and Instructions:

1 1/2 pounds beef, cubes
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 cans (4 ouunces) chopped green chiles or 8 fresh roasted and peeled , chiles chopped 1 cup hot water
1 tablespoon beef granules
3 small onions, chopped
1 can (8 ounces) stewed tomatoes
2 tablespoons Ray's requested salsa
2 to 3 medium potaoes, cubed
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cumin

INSTRUCTIONS: Brown meat in oil in a heavy pot. Add beef granules to cup of water,add to pot,cover pot and cook until meat is tender. When done , add remaing ingredients and simmer for 35 to 40 minutes. Garnish with some fresh chopped, cilantro and serve.
Yield : 6 to 8 servings.

Ingredients and Instructions:

4 Frozen Skinless Bonless Chicken Breasts
Taco Seasoning Mix
2 Cans Stewed Tomatoes
1 Small Chopped Onion
Salt and Pepper
about 1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Corn Tortilla Shells

In a crockpot add your frozen chicken breasts, and all other ingredients...

Cook on low for 4 hours...stirring occasionally to help the meat separate...

When the meat is done...cook your taco shells in a skillet on med high heat with a generous amount of oil in the pan and then add chicken and other toppings.

This chicken meat also works well in Quesadillas!

Recipe Name: Spinach Chicken Pasta

Ingredients and Instructions:

1 pound of chicken breasts cut in cubes
1 10 oz bag of spinach
2 cloves of fresh garlic
2 tablesponns olive oil
2 cups spinach wheat pasta

Heat wok with the olive oil add chicken and garlic and saute until chicken is done, add spinach and mix all together..

In a separate pot cook spagetti as per directions.

Recipe Name: Cheesy Chicken Dorrito Casserole

Ingredients and Instructions:

What you will need: package of 4 small boneless chicken breasts, 1 can rotell,1 can cream of chicken, and 1 can cream of mushroom (or 2 cream of chicken if you don't like mushrooms) Enough Velveta cheese to cover top layer, and Nacho Cheese Dorritos.

In skillet, brown 4 small chicken breasts.

In baking dish, line bottom with crunched up Cheese Dorritos

add chicken, cream of chicken,cream of mushroom and rotell and smooth over the dorritos. Top with slices of Velveta cheese. Place into oven and bake about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Tastes very good and is a little spicy.

Recipe Name: Shoyu Chicken

Ingredients and Instructions:

1 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup soy sauce
2 tsp grated ginger
8 pieces chicken parts

Combine first four ingredients into large pot and bring to a boil. Add in chicken pieces; partially cover with lid and continue boiling for appox. 20 minutes or until chicken registers 160 degrees with a thermometer. Serve over rice. Discard any leftover liquid.
