2 lbs ground beef Mix eggs, onion and 1/2 pkg seasoning in blender. Add to beef and mix well. Roll into meatballs about the size of a large marble. Put in shallow pan and bake until they are cooked thru. Put tomato sauce in the pan with the other half of seasoning and heat as the meatballs are cooking. Add the meatballs to the tomato sauce and cook them as long as you want to cook down. Meatball Recipe

In a mixing bowl combine the hamburger, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, salt, celery salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix well. Shape into balls. Place meatballs in an ungreased baking dish. Mix together the tomato sauce, 1 cup water, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the meatballs. Cover and bake in a 400 degree F. oven for 45 minutes. Sauce2 large cans tomato sauce1 can (12 ounce) tomato paste 1-2 tablespoons olive oil 2-3 tablespoons fresh garlic (chopped) 1 teaspoon parsley 1 teaspoon sweet basil 1 teaspoon oregano Meatballs1 pound ground beef1 pound ground pork 1 cup bread crumbs 1 cup Parmesan cheese 4 eggs 1 cup cold water
In a saucepan mix tomato sauce, tomato paste, olive oil, garlic, and spices. Simmer over low heat. Mix beef, pork, and bread crumbs. Beat the eggs lightly with the water and add to the meat mixture. Mix well. Roll into balls, drop into the sauce and cover. Cook over low heat 3 to 4 hours to thoroughly cook meatballs. Serve over pasta with garlic bread.
Remove from heat and baste loaves with half of the sauce. Return the loaves to the oven and bake for 10 more minutes. Baste again with the remaining sauce and then cook for an additional 10 minutes. Microwave Meatball RecipeSauce
1 pound ground beef

2 pounds hamburger
In a bowl combine hamburger, soup mix, crumbs, and egg. Mix well. Shape into balls and place in 9x13 inch baking dish. In a saucepan combine chili sauce, brown sugar, water, sauerkraut, and cranberry sauce. Mix well while cooking over a low heat until it begins to boil. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil In a large deep skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add red pepper and cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Add green onions, garlic, and minced ginger; cook while stirring for 1 minute longer. Transfer vegetable mixture to a medium size bowl and stir in hamburger, uncooked rice, soy sauce, cayenne, and egg until well blended. Line a 15 1/2x10 1/2 inch pan with waxed paper. Shape the meat mixture to form 1 1/2 inch meatballs and place in pan. Using the same skillet, heat the chicken broth, sesame oil, ginger slices, and 1 1/2 cups water to boiling over high heat.
Arrange the meatballs in the simmering broth mixture and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve meatballs with broth in shallow bowls and garnish with green onion and red pepper strips. Try One of These Delicious Dinner Recipes
