Appetizer Party Recipes

This recipe came to us from Kathleen who hails from the Central Coast NSW in Australia.

Recipe Name: Mini Quiches

Ingredients and Instructions:

diced ham
eggs
finely sliced onion
cream
salt and pepper
puff pastry

Cut puff pastry and press into mini muffin tray. Distribute ham, onions and cheese evenly. Whisk eggs and cream and pour into individual quiches, to fill. Bake for approx 20 min @180 degrees Celsius.
